• Energy Planning

While each community is different, there are typically similar energy-related issues and opportunities.  Red Mountain works with each community to identify its particular needs and helps to identify and quantify the value of its resources.  Once the community has an understanding of its resources, and the range of development options, the community may choose to move forward with one or more opportunities based on the community’s culture, traditions and values.  Each community’s resources, values and goals are unique, but when considered together, help the community move forward on formulating its energy plan and considering possible options for energy management, utility services, power generation, energy resource management and management of utility rights-of-way.  Each plan is specific to the community, and all possible energy strategies are considered and evaluated.  Once the community understands its energy opportunities and challenges, it can choose to move forward on those it considers to be priorities.

The graphic below illustrates our approach to community energy planning.
